Chloe Holder of Williamston, S.C., shot even-par 72 in Sunday’s final round at Pine Island Country Club to win the 14th Vicki DiSantis Girls’ Championship by two strokes.

 Garrett Risner of Holly Springs fought hard on Sunday to claim a come-from-behind victory at the TYGA Bojangles Junior Boys’ Open after a three-hole playoff against Mack Pearsall of Greensboro.

Defending a title is never easy. Pulling off a three-peat is something only the best can accomplish, but that’s what Pat Brogden of Garner did in the 16th North Carolina Senior Women’s Amateur Championship on Tuesday.

Steve Harwell of Mooresville went wire-to-wire to capture the 34th North Carolina Senior Amateur Championship on Thursday at Bermuda Run Country Club’s East Course.

 They’ve done it again. Paul Simson and Don Detweiler of Raleigh persevered through a six-hole, three-team playoff on Sunday at Mill Creek Golf Club to win their third North Carolina Senior Four-Ball Championship. The win gives the duo an eighth CGA four-ball title as a team.
